source for key on pwr?

passenger floorboard, remove the panel, there should be a 3 plug connector that is attatched to nothing. Houses a brown,yellow, and um i think the 3rd one is black. Anyhow this is an acc. power wire that has 12v+ hot, 12v+ switched, and ground. I used it for my MP3 player install and my wideband hookups

i know, i looked for it for my stereo install and verified with other '04 owners it's not there
