If you are going to install the control arm bushings get the Vette Brakes product. The bushings only requirel you to torch off the old rubber bushings, add another 1-2 hours and are not as securely installed at the VB.

To change them requires a 3-7 hour job, depending on you skill, tools and help.

You can use a C-clamp method or Press method. Search on corvetteforum or vettebrakes for a detailed step by step with pictures.

It is quite a bit of work but well worth it if you road race or autocross. I did my 02 z06 and it made a big difference in handling...a side benefit was the tire wear is much more even. The racing slicks wear evenly compared to the stock bushings which allow the tires to roll over and make the camber settings hit or miss. I agree with Gordy, use vette brakes stuff.

I installed the VBP bushing set.

It is a lot of work. Buy a ball joint press and use it to push out the old bushings. Spray a lot of WD40 on the edge of the bushing you want to push out and make sure you select a larger diameter sleeve than the bushing you are trying to push out or else it will get stuck in the sleeve.

And when you're doing the rear, be carefull and do not cut-out the shock rubber bushings as they remain in place.

I've got the VBP bushing set to install, but am waiting on T1 Swaybars/endlinks and a set of '04 shocks before getting started.
