Heads/stage III cam and traction issues

Heads/stage III cam and traction issues I was told by my vette buddies that my heads/cam combo will be equilalent to this gentleman's right here:

I notice he was spinning 2nd and 3rd, bouncing off the limiter and didnt' get any traction until 4th...when he would blast away like a rocket.
Does it appear as if he's running street tires? I'll be running BFG 315 DR's. will I be able to hook and not spin 2nd - 3rd from a 45mph roll on?
Setup being installed now:
AFR 205 Heads / LG G5X3 Cam/114
ASP Pulley
LS2 Timing Chain
Ford 30 lbs Injectors
C6 z06 Clutch
NGK 55 cold plugs
