what can it be Just bought a C5 corvette 97 it doesn't do often but sometimes it like boggles like when a person doesn't know how to drive stick u know how it like bogs a little when I punch it going bout 35mph what can it be ? Don't do it often tho

You are encountering traction control. To remove its effect, push the button on the console. A message should then appear in the DIC saying, "traction control off."

No wonder it only does it sometimes maybe when its on and maybe it doesn't do it when its on! Thanks...so u sure its that it not my coils packs? Just wanna make sure b4 I start putting stuff on it

i have a 99 and if you push the button once it turns off traction and ACTIVE HANDLING if i hold it down for 10 sec turns off traction only active handling stays on to help if you get sideways this mode is compettitive driving. i dont know if yours is the same or not.
