C6 seats in a C5?
Why answer a question you have no factual data on? It doesn't do anything for the poster or answer the question - just raises your post count. I mean, that's the reason he wants to know - he can guess too
.A really good example is that people always tell you what cam to run and the best way to do something, but they've never driven a cam'd car, installed a cam, owned the parts they're recommending, etc. Hanging out on a forum and answering questions with regurgitated info is unhelpful. Don't be that guy!

Ryan, Jaime (v-seriestech) knows what he's talking about, we appreciate his advice and input. His vette knowledge is tremendous. Don't discourage his input! But don't take that personal, OK?

Honestly Ryan, I frankly don't give a **** what your opinion is. I have no regard for post counts, status, or whatever you'd like to call it when it comes to the INTERNET world...
...I understand your point, and your intent with this....about answering the questions that you might not actually know the answers to. Ok...thats fine but,...I think 99.9 percent of the **** "I" post is based only on facts from actual experience, not by **** I read.
Again Ryan, thanks for your input, again, I understand your point but,...again, I truly don't give a **** about your thoughts on my posts dude....
HAve a nice day....let me know next time you need information on a code or something, i'd love to help you out.
To the other gentlemen involved with this posts, thank you.
Meanwhile, to answer this question for the original poster, and let you know for sure if this swap will work or not, i'll be swapping seats today.

Most likelt going to simply undo my 13mm factory bolts, and take some measurements......and do the same on the C6. or i'll just do the swap.
Note. These wouldn't be staying in the car...it would be merely to answer the mans original question.
I'll keep you guys posted. Just need to find time now to stop, and do this. In theory, I could swap a seat out in about 1-2 minuts of time. It really is easy. 4 bolts, 13mm. Unplug your connector, fold seat forward,...and gentley pull it out. I originally swapped seats outta my old car to the new one.
Anyways, i'll keep you posted.
. Post a fact and instead of a *SWAG next time. Have a great afternoon *Scientific Wild *** Guess

ya know if its that easy to take them out, i may clean my interior that way.
If the parts where there, i'd probably do it. I didn't get a chance to do it today. I walked out to my car, and my tires that where bald, are now flat. So, I had to go pick up some free EMT's(I know I know I know) cause I'm kinda low on the funds this week....and they are brand new. Anyways...I ad to pick em up, mount and balance them.... which I am done with now.
Soo....again, i'll keep you posted bro.
