Looking for a C5, how do I know what gears it has?

I'm assuming there's a difference in RPO codes. Are the choices 2.73s and 3.15s?

If you go to dte's websie they have a mechanical formula for mph and rpm, they are a forum sponsor... and good luck with the hunt

3rd gear in the A4 at 75 mph and the rpm is the gear size.

Glove Box has a sticker on it, this is for my 99

G92 Performance Axle Ratio 3.15:1 MXO Auto
GU2 Std. Axle Ratio 2.73:1 MXO Auto
GU6 Std. Axle Ratio 3.42:1 Six Speed

You should see the GXX code on the sticker somewhere
