Fastest STOCK Manual C6?

Based on the list from Corvetteforum, it appears that the quickest bone stock time is 12.23 at 115.58 mph, for a 2006 Z51 with manual trans.
Quickest automatic is 12.48 at 112.11 (by member LS1LT1, who is on here too) I do believe that he'll better this time by at least another tenth, maybe even two tenths, when he runs it again in cool fall weather with more break in mileage (engine was still very fresh when he ran the 12.48)

Also, different tracks..different conditions? Think the stock C5Z tires (non-runflats) are worth a tenth over the C6 runflats?
