Nothing special except for the badging, and all of them had it.

Price difference from the '02's, you mean? I wouldn't know because I bought my '03 used.

 

The anniversary red color was not available on the 2003 Z06, only on the vert and coupe. The anniversary package on those cars also included the magnetic selective ride control, as well as gold tinted wheels and a special shale interior. It's not really rare though, more cars were painted anniversary red than any other color in 2003.

 

If you go onto kbb when you get to choose the options for the 03 try is as an anniversary and then try it as not and you'll see the price difference.
