how much more power?? I just bought my first Vette. (97) I dyno'd it to see where it's at a/f wise and it's rich. The timing is set back some for nitrous and the a/f was 10 to 1. If the a/f and timing is set right for motor, how much more can be found power wise?? Any ideas?

Motors setup for NO2 will be much slower off the bottle than the same motor with an optimum N/A set up. They pull tons of timing, make it super fat and run cold plugs. If it was an old juice car, make sure you check the plugs if you are not spraying now.
It depends on what it was set up for nitrous wise. If they were running 10 to 1, then it was probably a pretty decent shot. I'm down only 6hp on my nitrous tune (26* WOT) for a 100 dry shot. Depending on A/F, I may have to pull a couple more, but should be around 10hp or so.
