Tires??? I NEED TIRES!! I'm planning on buying a set for my C5, but I dont wanna go with run flats...what should I go with...what do you guys have on yours. I wanna go with a good street/strip tire for under $900 or cheaper if possible.

i got the avons from tire rack. with shipping they were 600.00, they are nylon & steel belted so they have a little thump when cold but it goes away in three or four miles. they are very quiet and grip way better than the runflats that were on there. so far for the money they are very good. 
A lot of guys I've met are running Kumho MX's and have been very happy with them. They'll be well under 900 bucks. I've got Firestone Wide Ovals and have been very pleased with them but I'm not sure they come in stock sizes. Whatever you go with you will like the ride much better over the runflats.
