first trip to the track Well i got out monday and was able to get in 5 passes before the weather started to look like crap and then i took off. 1st pass: 13.6 @106 2.3 60'.
2nd pass: missed 3rd gear. 3rd pass: 13.3 @107 2.1 60'. 4th missed 3rd again.
5th 13.7 @105 2.3 60' spun the tires. So i've only driven this car for about 500 miles since i've owned it. i definately need some seat time to figure out how to drive the car. the 13.3 was alright but i liked the 107mph. something to improve on.

Was that you at the ls1/gto.com rental at Norwalk, pulling up behind us in this vid(http://media.putfile.com/Out-77)? We had the black 2004 C5, ran like crap all day. I see that most mentioned trap speeds were down that day, weather I guess.

yeah i was there, the link wouldn't work though. i left early since it looked like rain was coming. i saw your car but didn't see it race though. nice looking car, what exhaust do you have?

Car has LG Pro headers w/ GHL Bullet cat-back.
Was really surprised we ran so slow, I think the tune is a bit off. Who knows though, car is A4 with the lame-o 2:73's so that can't help.

the weather was definately junk, humid cold track. I'm hoping i can get this car down to a 13.0 maybe squeeze a 12.90 on street tires, i just need some seat time. Ive never been to thompson, always been a loyal norwalk guy. just curious to the exhaust since mine is stock, was leaning to a corsa w/ x-pipe.
