Flywheel bolts Get this: Just called local stealership for a price check on LS6 flywheel bolts.
Told me they were special order @$4 and change each!
Parts guy tells me they're not the same as the LS1 bolts, which I read some where a set could be picked up for $7.77 at any dealer.
I've heard of a Corvette tax, but this seems ridculous.

Don't worry it just gets worse. I agree the pricing for parts is obscene. I replaced my rocker arms with the Yella Terra Roller Rockers. I called chevy to get a price for new rocker arm bolts. $7.00 each X 16 bolts. A slight word of warning, many of these bolts like the head bolts/rocker arm bolts ect. and some other ones are good only for 1 use. If taken apart, Chevrolet sometimes recommends replacing the bolt with a brand new one. Good Luck Mike FesiPS I need to go over 120mph today. I gotta go....
