You might be alright running 5/6/7lbs at the same time you might not be alright there is no way to tell unless you put the charger on
Good luck there are people doing it but most have plan B ready. Plan B gets pricey as expected.
If everything checks out I wouldn't be too worried, but you do need to realize that refreshing the bottom end is a possibility.
Make sure you switch to a cooler spark plug (like an NGK TR6), upgrade the PCV system to prevent blowby (a PCV catch can and a valve cover breather), keep the tune and amount of boost reasonable by using a large blower pulley, and always run premium fuel.
You can also install a meth kit or run Torco for a bit of added safety.
