i have a set and i am very satisfied. pretty much a replica of the LGs with exception to the merge collector. dyno numbers are in the my sig, which are a little low due to clutch slipping and the vararam. they are bolted to the stock Ti exhaust. No interior drone at idle but awesome at WOT.
my mechanic told me that of all the headers he has installed on C5s (he has installed them all), these are the easiest to install.
here is a vid with my black Z06 (very 1st car). u can somewhat here what they sound like however the music is sort of loud.

the collectors are a pita to get to all 4 bolts, the 4 clamps will hang down unless you reverse 2 of them, they where the hot setup in '05
now the American Racing are by far the most demanded header in the C5/6 market
if you get a deal on the DT's, go for it, I'd only consider Kooks, LG Pro's, DT's, AR's
