windshield wipers I have an 98 c5 and i was riding in the car yesterday and i noticed that my windshield wipers would move 2-6 inches every few seconds. What could this be? I turned the wipers fully on and they worked fine. I also made sure I turned them fully off they work good. One thing I noticed was when I turned the car off I heard this grinding/motor knocking around the windshield wiper motor. Could it be that my motor could be going bad. Your help will greatly be appreciated..
There's water inside of the control module, very common problem. I have to replace motor assembly because of that. Do a search on the corvette forum and see what I mean. You can pull one of the utters out of the assembly and let the water drain out(if there's any in there).
