Default 1995 Corvette Info

Hey guys,

My friend just purchased a 95 Vette with 58k miles and in amazing condition. He is wanting to start modding it as its just isnt fast enough as it sits. Just trying to get some info regarding aftermarket support, mod reccomendations and any other info yall could give me to help him get this car moving in the right direction. Hopefully there are some people in here with some good ideas as he has been looking for stuff but not really finding anything of great value anywhere else. All info is welcome!

Thanks,
Jason

Just like any small block... better breathing in and out of the engine are keys to making more power.

Full exhaust, then clear up the intake tract.... then go after the heads/cam which have a huge affect on power... or force air in with a turbo or blower..

Speed costs... how fast do you wanna go?

Well he originally had a 3kGT VR-4 and passed on buying a 510hp VR-4 after his was totalled to step over to the wonderful world of the American V-8 as he always hears my car and was starting to get jealous Are there any places online that would sell c4 parts such as LT headers and such? He hasnt really been able to find anything so far. He would like to buy the LT's then get a True Dual setup fabbed by a good exhaust shop with some resonators I believe. Any recomendations? I also believe he was looking at the SLP air intake and some head/cam package that I foget the name of?

Thanks,
Jason

There are plenty of places that sell headers and such for C4s... I'd start with places like exoticmuscle.com, melroseheaders.com, TPIS.com.

Thanks for that info, question though...
When I look at items such as the C4 Headers on TPIS and such it only says the years 84-91. This has been the case with almost everything I have found and was wondering if these will fit the 95 or are there 95 specific parts out there somewhere?

Let me know your thoughts,

Jason

Not sure if TPIS sells anything but L98 headers... but I know Melrose Headers makes both L98 and LT1 headers, as does Exotic Muscle.

Yea my friend called Melrose and they said 1450 for the whole system I believe, TPIS had some stuff I think but looked a little to restrictive and exotic's website seemed to not be working? Again, thanks for the info!
