Still electrical problems

Still electrical problems I cant find the problem(s) and have taken it to a a couple shops now without any luck. 1st was mc racing a local shop thats really big into c5's etc.. They looked it over and didnt see anything that jumped out at them. Now its at a chevy dealer and they cant figure it out either, they say all the grounds are good but want to replace my wiring harness because my nitrous, fans etc.. are hacked into the factory harness.
I dont see how its the harness but if is id rather do it myself to save money. Anyone know where to find stuff for a 98 C5, a big C5 wrecking yard or cheap parts dealer?
The problem is my tach/abs/traction control all quit working at the same time. I swapped hg's and everything worked fine, then swapped h/c/i again along with the fuel pump and those things quit working. The tach will sweep when you turn the key on but with the car running It sits at 0. MC Racing dropped the rear and swapped tranny's and said all the wiring, grounds looked just fine back there.
Those 2 have got to be tied in somewhere I just dont know where to look at. This is turning into a HUGE pain in the ***.
