If you're really gonna use a cam like the ones mentioned, you wouldn't need us to answer your questions. You'd have the heads/intake/exhaust/ptv clearance/supplemental parts/misc/future maintenance issues solved.
You don't have to go so ragged on a cam (especially with stock heads) to get great results. Your car will last longer too. Stay under .600 lift @ .50
Search for a different set of cam specs.
