Would like to know myself. I have the cables already, so, i am probably gonna use one of the wells in the back(right rear).....but, it has to be covered right? nhra legal anyways?... anyone have any pic's of custom setups in that location?
You may have to do that hulk,...to save a few. The lingenfelter kit, in my opinion, is pricey to me too,.

For safety reasons, if you do just purchase a battery box from Jegs, Summit etc. (Moroso has one too), be sure to create some kind of metal brace that supports the load of the battery and carries it out to sturdier parts of the Corvette. I guess you could use our installation instructions as a guide. They can be downloaded from our web site.
BTW - the Lingenfelter battery relocation kit is NHRA, IHRA and SCCA legal.

Thanks Tom
Using the same mounting points as our standard support mount, you should be able to fabricate or have someone fabricate for you from 3/4" tubing or 1/8" flat stock a bar that maintains the same mounting points but is contoured to fit around the ABS module.
