Parts should run about $1,000.00.
Panels are not painted, so figure another $200.00-$300.00.
Installation, if you want such, should be another $200.00-$300.00.
Great investment, makes the C6 look meaner, not leaner.
Mine were done by V-Series/Jamie, saved me a bunch, thanks again bro'!!!

More than a few, search this Forum and others, some do group buys over at the 'other Forum'. Biggest savings is have a friend at any GM dealership get them for you and paint match to your gas door; red should be an easy paint match.
Of course you will now need rims (plan to do the fronts oneday, so make sure you buy front rims, preferably 9.5" with correct offset for stock panel, as you can run a 265/275 size) and 345rears, so budget for that.
For tires look into the PS2s or Nitto Invos, Discount Tire is running a special right now with $100.00 off when you buy 4, with free shipping.

BLK02TA 12" wide rim-Dead on!!!
If you buy new rear rims, you will need front, so go with the following:
F=18 X 9.5, run a 265, as I do not know if 275 will rub w/o front conversion
R=19 X 12, run a 325/335/345, all will work
Here is a tire calculator to help you:
http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp
I have a 265/35/18 up front and a 345/30/19 in the rear
You can four C6Z rims from most Corvette parts vendors for under $1,000.00 in chrome-I powdercoated mine black for $50.00/wheel.
Here is my math for the rear conversion with rims and tires:
Panels=$1,000.00
Paint and install=$500.00
Rims=$1,000.00 (add $200.00 for powdercoating or painting)
Tires=$1,000 for rears, and if you go with fronts another $700.00
Tire sensors=$200.00
Mounting and balancing=$100.00
Post again if you need any more information, good luck AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
