C6 Vararam Owners....
C6 Vararam Owners.... Have you had and problems with the engine sucking in water while driving in the rain? Or any other problems? I live in the midwest where I will be driving in the rain and possibly the snow.

I had it on my C5 when I first got it. Drove in the rain, snow, ect. without issue. I haven't really heard of any hydrolock problems caused by the vararam. There were instances where it has happened, but it would have happened regardless of the intake system due to how deep they went into water. If you drive into deep enough water to hurt your motor with the vararam, then you would have done the same with any other intake.

Just avoid driving through flooded roads and you'll be alright.
Had one on my C5, and got one on the C6. And what ever vette I wind up with after this one will have one.
One of the vendors here was running a special a while back and threw the throttle body spacer in as a freebie on a group purchase. so whether it's worth the money????
I know one thing tho, you can definately feel the difference these things make from about 60mph on up.
