None of the above! lol. The cheapest would be to find a used kit. And new I think a Magie or Vortech would be the cheapest but I am not positive.

An A&A kit is probably your best bet. I've seen a couple in person and they are nice. The new kits do not require the radiator to be repositioned. Andy uses Vortech head units now as well. You're in luck, they are on sale for one more day:

And procharger kits are a breeze to put in a C5.

In general C5 and cheap do not go together, even more so with FI To buy a kit, have it installed, and tuned look at spending at least $6500. In general most Supercharger kits are a little cheaper than the turbo kits and they are easier to install. Most of the sponsors to the left have good S/C or turbo kits.

There is nothing "cheap" about modding a vette. It would help if you mentioned what your idea of cheap is, $4000? $6000?. You could find a used kit over on corvette Forum usually for around $4000. As far as new supercharger kits, I would Call Bob@EPP since he has by far the best prices on Procharger if that's the route you wanted to go. Good luck!

Bob at EPP is great to deal with, but the ProCharger kit sucks compared to the ECS and A&A kits. I switched to an ECS bracket with my ProCharger, and got a first hand look at the new ProCharger bracket on another car while at the shop. Better, but still not as good as ECS.

A blower is the cheapest setup for FI, and if you get one get the ECS kit.

You could always look at n20 if $$$ is an issue.
