Default LS2 intake swap

I'm going to be possibly buying a vette in the not to distant future and I'm contemplating mods.

The Vette LS1 and the LS2 both use a drive by wire throttle body. Does anyone know if the LS2 T/B will plug in a work corectly on a Vette? I'm consittering swapping to a better intake and figured if the LS2 T/B would work with a Vette it would be a good low cost mod.

Not worth the hassle, the LS2 intake does not flow very well at all. If anything go with a LS6 intake if not already equiped with it. Also the LS2 TB will require an adapter harness to work and the map sensor would need to be moved to the front snice that is were it is on the LS2 where as the LS1/6 is in the rear.

There are adapters to run a LS2 TB with a LS1/6 setup. For NA setups, the LS2 performs slightly better than the LS1 intake and worse than the LS6 intake on stock motors. It would be better to put the money elsewhere.

All good info in the above posts. The LS2 ported WOULD make good power if it did not leak between the runners due to the vibration weld process used in manufacturing them. LS6 is still the intake to have on basically stock builds.
