No, starting with model year 2006 all automatic Corvettes came with the A6 (aka: 6L80E). 
In a race between two otherwise totally bone stock, similarly optioned cars the A6 should edge out the A4 with 3.15s gears but it would be a somewhat close race IMO.
An A4 with 2.73s would likely get beat badly though.
