Help: Steering colum Locked The steering column on my C5 has locked a couple other times and has always unlocked after a few mins of messing with it.... Well this time it locked up in a parking lot and I cant get it to unlock.... Messed with it for probably an hour or so...
So I bought the bypass. Still didnt unlock it tho. So I need to just get the steering wheel unlocked and then the bypass should work as like its suppose to.
So is there anyway to get this damn steering wheel unlocked? Im really ready to get into a C6, hope they arent as troublesome as C5's

I have had 4 C5's and every damn 1 of them had a steering column problem, I took then to the dealer and they fixed them for free.. No more problems while i owned them. All of them gone now. good luck. I think you have to take the column apart to get it unlocked.
