charging system fault

Default charging system fault

The voltage had started dropping off and i started to get the system fault once in awhile. i have changed the alt and battery and now i am getting the massage all the time. is there something else that i need to check?

There is a lot of information about this subject over on the corvetteforum.com.
I had the same warning on my c5 z06 and it ended up being loose and dirty wires at the starter comming from the battery.
You may want to check and clean all the grounds. Good luck

Here is the only real long-term fix....the OEM units breakdown w/heat & the low voltage fluctuations will trigger the code.




These also come with our latest billet piece....an overdrive pulley to match the rest of our pulley's.

$489 introductry price.
