Think I might win this...
99 camaro that had a stock 10bolt that we welded the gears up in the posi unit and added a TA girdle. It had 4.10 GM S-10 gears.
TH400 with alot of dope. Went 5.9s in the 1/8 with alot of dope on a 383ci LS1 several times. Went several 1.30-1.35 60fts.......Finally broke an axle in half about 20ft out and I almost went into the wall. Car is real light though. 2850lbs with me in it. Looked like a completely stock car.
Ended up putting a 12bolt in it and went 5.56@125 with a 1.27 60ft.

Yeh I'd say you win lol.
I went 10.95 at 122 with a 1.53 in a 3540 pd m6 car awhile back. I even drove it there and drove it home. I told myself a 10 sec pass and we're leaving and we did lol.

Of course mine was with a stalled auto leaving off idle to 1200 rpm MAX! I wouldn't have dared to try that with a 6 speed car. You have NUTZ the size of Watermelons my friend!

Yeah I had a trailer with me too, I only took it in case I broke. Well My buddies Mustang GT Broke instead and we had to trailer it home! Thank God I only had to make a few more passes and didn't break mine.
But I got into the 10's and I drove outta there FAST.
I'm really surprised to hear how much these 10 bolts can handle. I never thought they'd hold up to repetitive 10 second passes with 6 speed cars on slicks or Drag Radials for that matter.

A handful of guys have been mid to low 9s like I said. It will not last forever of course, but it has and can be done.
A light nitrous car with a glide could probably go a while on a 3.42 10 bolt in a low 9 second car. On a slick probably last even longer. Not sure why it matters though, no one will recommend doing it?
