First time out with the TH400

First time out with the TH400 Well here's my first TNT with the TH400. I got this stuff used with a Neal Chance converter and the converter is NO WHERE near where it needs to be. It's way too tight for my setup BUT I still ran my best 
I'm trying to get atleast a 9.9x on the 150shot so here's a breakdown of the slip, it was a dog out of the hole MAJORLY. I've had a 1.43 before on my old 65E.

I let out at the 1/8th mile
1000ft-8.622
1000ft MPH- 105.76
Anyone think I should get into the 9's if I get the converter right?
I tried the T-Brake twice, but it ran better leaving at 1500 on the footbrake...
Here was a decent pass all the way through the 1000ft.
