There are probably 100 different factors that could contribute to that. One could even say that the better 60' led to a lower MPH, but I haven't a clue about your E.T.

Wish I could help, Goodluck.

Did you re-tune the car for the larger converter? Post up the 2 times slips for comparison. Like others have said, could be a number a different variables playing a role. What was the DA on the day of the 11.61 pass compared to your 11.73 pass? Just because it might have been cooler, there might of been a larger amount of moisture in the air. Lots to take into consideration.

You really need to LOG runs with a laptop, to be able compare times and possible slipage. You def have a problem somewhere, bad fuel,Pulling timing, converter slip, ect.

Laptop with HPtuners software.See exactly where it is shifting at, and how much it drops after the shift.700-800 rpm is good( tight ), 1000 or more is loose depending on rear gear ratio. I see your are full weight, 200-250 lbs, less will really wake your car up.

even though you didn't retune I would get it tuned again.
Why? What would need to be changed in the tune given the change from a 3600 to a 4000 stall with everything else staying the same?

A simple stall change (aftermarket to aftermarket and close speeds) does not require a new tune. You're not putting in more air that would require more fuel/different timing. Your max RPM is not going to change, so the shiftpoints don't need to be altered.

A tune is not going to get you squat if the car was tuned perfectly with the 3600 stall.

Like others have mentioned, something else is at fault here. My guess it something up top causing you to lose power. The fact that your 60' went down goes to show that the stall is doing its job correctly, but something else outside that domain is losing you power such as knock or bad fuel.
