this was my first time at the track with my trans am. its a WS.6 m6 and my mods are listed below. (didnt have the headers or ory yet though) just let me know what you think of my runs and any advice of what else to do to get better. (no flaming please) ran consistent 8.9-9.0 in 1/8th.

Nice runs and nice car! By the way reaction time has nothing to do with what et you ran or could run if that is what you were referring to.

Yeah, reaction time only gets better with time and patience. You have to really concentrate and try staging and doing EVERYTHING the same run after run. Bump into the beams the same every time and find a spot on the tree. Mine is as soon as the 3rd light even flickers I leave from idle... .02-.04 all day but it took time to get there. You can do it and once you do you can beat some faster cars down the track like I did Saturday. One guy was half a second quicker than me et wise but i beat him to the finish because I had a killer light, does it matter no, does it make me faster no, but it felt good lol. Just have fun and stick to it.
