This was my first time to the track with this car. 295/35/18 bfg drag radial tires at 20psi.

As "BODUKE"" said, in the cooler fall air you will be close to your goal.
Good luck!
1) Change your rear rim/tire setup for the track and even in that air you'll go 11.9X.
2) In addition to the tires, better air you'll be clicking off 11.7-11.8's all day long.
