If you could manage to get the 60ft time down another 1/10th you would be breaking into the 11.9x range just from that improvement. Maybe experiment with different launch techniques ( raise or lower your footbrake rpms on launch and see what the converter likes). Try to let the car cool down between runs and you will probably gain slightly also. Your trap speed is close also, usually around 113 mph gets you into high 11s.
As "BODUKE"" said, in the cooler fall air you will be close to your goal.
Good luck!

Looks right on the mark for what is done to it. The 60ft is holding you back. With that converter your car has the ability to cut a low 1.5X short time. A 15" rim with some ET Radials on it will help you get there. Also, being 2" lowered is not helping at all.
1) Change your rear rim/tire setup for the track and even in that air you'll go 11.9X.
2) In addition to the tires, better air you'll be clicking off 11.7-11.8's all day long.
