Default Et?

So I have a 99 ls1 camaro. Below is a list of its mods. I just ordered a powerbond ud but debating on getting an ls6 manifold and/or long tubes and exhaust. Last year I ran a 13.43 in the quarter when it was about 95 degrees out. What should I be looking at as for time if/when I put the ud pulley and/or intake manifold and exhaust?

Current mods :
Slp cat back
Ssra (super sucker ram air)
Ported stock tb
Slp lid
Block off plates on exhaust manifolds
Free mod- air intake cutout
Frost tune
Weight reduction :all carpet, speakers and radio, back seats, jack, spare, entire ac system.

Should easily run 12.50's with the mods you want to add in decent DA. My bolt on car went 12.42 at 113 with 3.42's at full weight

Ok. So now I've ordered the Texas speed 1 7/8 LT's, dual cutouts, powerbond underdrive pulley, braille lightweight 11lb battery, and a fast 90 ported by vengeanc. Where should I be for times at the track. .

You should put your location in your info so we can see what kind of DA you race in. Also, we need to know your 60' time, as it is likely there is ET to be gained there. Just post up the whole time slip.

Obviously, spicebird98 races at sea level, so unless you do the same, don't expect times like his.

The d.a was about 2350ft on that pass. Are you a auto or manual? I would say with a early spring or nice fall day you would of knocked a couple tenths of that, so say 13.2 and would of gained a few mph. 13.2@103ish.
Add some drag radials and knock that 60' down even a tenth and your running 13 flat. + exhaust and in good air I'm guessing you would be around a 12.7@109-112mph

I was running Hoosier slicks on that time at the track And my car is an auto. One thing I'm going to do differently is keep it in drive. Last time I was manual shifting. Taking off in 1st and shifting from there.

When I had exhaust and drag radials only with 2.73's and stock converter I ran 13.2@106 mph in the same d.a as you if that helps. With stock converter best I could 60' with 2.73's was 2.0x

Hoosier slicks and a 2.04 60' means a higher stall converter will pick it up a ton. Get that down in the 1.7's.

Stall before gears...my old full weight vert. car in sig w/2.73 cut a 1.84 60' @ 12.3 (bolt on car) with a little Vig 2800 stall. When I went to 3.42 I had traction issues with the same coverter. Your times aren't that bad considering the DA. I like the 3.42 gear and 3600 for your mods (and both leave plenty to grow).
Oh, and leave it in D and let the computer do the shifting.

Looking at time slip it looks like you are running at Mason Dixon which can be a fast track. My old stock 2000 T\A a4 ran13.7 in the heat there but ended up with a best of 12.97 just with better weather. With better weather I would estimate you should run 12.6 to 12.4 there. A stall, drag radials and leaving it in D will do wonders for ya. Only complaint I have about the track is lack of prep on test and tune days.

Have you don't a compression test?

Does the car feel healthy? Use much oil?

Haven't done a test. Car runs great and never had to add oil. I think low trap had to do with me manual shifting it;being it's an auto

Were you shifting higher than normal?

Because even if I manually shift mine, itll shift at the preset shift point as long as I click it up before that rpm.

eg; if I shift up at 5k rpm into 3rd, it won't shift until it taps 5900rpm(the preset shift point).

Your car runs similar to mine did when it was stockish. I had the factory ls6 intake longtubes with an ory and magnaflow catback, and a slp lid. The car had a stock tune in it, stock converter and 2.73's at full weight on 555r's. It averaged 8.70's at 83 in the summer and went a best of 8.62 at 85 in cold air. With a tune revmaxx 3600 converter and 3.42's it went an 8.00 at 86
