first race ever tonight
tonight i went to the track for the first time since i hav had my TA. 1st run, i couldnt get grip till half way down the track, my tires are incredibly bald i got a 14.333. i was little pissed that i did that bad but i got over it and got back in line.
2nd run, i got grip but my reaction time was 1.443 i need to get the reaction time down. that run was 13.603 at 105.38
3rd and final run, i let a little air out of my back tires and i changed my shift points. i got good grip but my damn reaction time again 1.042. that run i got 13.257 at 105.65.
can someone please give me some tips on getting my reaction time down and do u think if i got new nittos i would be in the 12's??????

your confusion is pretty common .... what you probably were not aware of is that the clock doesnt start when the green light comes on ... it starts when you leave, more specificly when the wheels leave the beam
you could sit at the starting line for a solid minute and your et will not be affected ... its all in the 60' if you want to get it in the 12's in that trim
