Went to the track tonight Ran my first ever pass in this car right off the trailer went 7.44 with a 1.59 short time, felt soooo good. Then the track prep went to hell and the car would not hook at all. I thought it ran pretty good on motor, no bottle yet. MTI heads, nice cam, Lt's, TD's, bolt ons, etc. This was full weight minus lighter wheels and a glass hood, plus I yanked the front sway bar. Not to mention my 300 lb *** in it!
BTW, the cars a 2002 Z28, stock bottom, 12 bolt, built 4L60E, blah blah blah.

It wasn't too hot when we went, maybe low 80's on the first pass. It got cooler but got really humid, like the ground was wet with condensation. I plan to go towards the end of the year when its cold, free power!
