Default Lifted a wheel!!

I set a goal to hit 12.0s for last night by just launching better. I met it with the following passes.

.592, 1.638, 7.637@90.77, 12.080@110.84
.543, 1.613, 7.615@90.69, 12.063@110.78
.514, 1.631, 7.621@91.06, 12.050@111.39
.507, 1.631, 7.627@91.07, 12.062@111.40

I was experimenting to find the best tune so my other runs were slower in the 12.1 to 12.2 range. Best trap speed was a 111.95 on a 1.803 60. If I hooked on that run I might have had an 11!

Another unexpected highlight of the evening was being able to lift a wheel. I felt it on the 1.613 run. Got video of it on one of the 1.631 runs. Woohoo!

pulling your first wheelie is an unreal experience, even if it only lasts for a split second. Congrats, and the car has the look on a bracket machine to me

Thanks for the reply. At first when I heard that "thunk" coming from the front left, I was like WTF?? Then I saw a video of another run and saw it lift! Woohoo made my night!

Blowing away a 400 rwhp 2005 supercharged Mustang twice and a strong running (mid 12s) Evo was icing on the cake. Eh, the Mustang was probably doing some shakedown runs with the new supercharger. But nonetheless, I got a kick out of it.

what kind of tires?

good job, with my setup on my 1.74 run, i saw a picture taken by the track's camera man. my car was really friggin twisted and the left front tire was just barely still on the ground. it'll never actually lift with 2.73's though but close.

i have to get my sfc's welded in soon!

Hoosier Quick Time Pros 26x9.5x16, the skinny ones, lol. Besides removing the front sway bar, I run BMR bolt-on LCA relocation brackets, squeeky off-brand LCAs, and Competition Engineering bolt-on SFC. Everthing else is stock. Stock front tires/rims too.
