? on my run I had went to US 41 Dagway in Morrocco,IN about a mnth ago and ran a:

This was done in 92* weather cant remember their Height above Sea
I also broke loose in 2-3 shift on the first run and on the second run spun them atleast 30-40 feet when I hit second (crappy tires SUMIC knockoff COOPERS) but I just upgraded wheels w/good tires I will be getting GS-D3's soon. I dont want stickkies ILL BLOW MY REAR I KNOW IT.
My question is in say 60-70* weather and good grip is it possibly to get a 13.1 or 13.2 run. As you can see I really have no mods done. When I did this I had my new plugs, wires, thermo, Flow, but no FRA. What do you think is it possible?

I'd say it's possible, but the 60 foot and good shifting will pave the way to the low 13's. It's not uncommon to see 3-4 tenths quickers times in the fall/winter air than summer air.
