Default Big race

Or at least it will be a big race if folks show up. Y'all racers need to sign up and make the $25 pre-pay for the Southern Showdown at SAR. Go and check the EFI series forum for class, payout and sign up info.

ack, 1100 miles one way. 2200 miles/14mpg + the price of gas lately = out of my range LOL. Just by staying home I'll win 700.00

I've got 1150 miles one way and my rig gets 11mpg. I'm racing

If every person pre-paid that said they wanted to race there should be 45 on the list, not 10

If everyone showed up that said they were going to show up to all the other races they all would have been big races also

its not so much the money but thats at least a 4 day adventure and I just cant justify it. I would have went to Brandeton/orlando though

I've got a 1600 mile, one way trip to make at 10-11 mpg also. I figure gas will run me around a grand round trip at todays prices.........ouch !!
I still haven't ruled it out thoiugh, it's just gonna be a costly trip for a independant guy like myself to make.

Boy do I wish they would have a race in Bradenton, that track is badass and only like a 3.5 to 4 hour tow for me!! I would go to the texas one, but the car isn't going to be legal to pass tech in time! I should be ready to start going to tech events next season, hopefully!

It's an 1800 mile trip each way for me . Just like TJ said just too much for an independant guy to make.. I would love to come but it's just out of my cost range. Plus all the local tolls to get out of the Tri-state area is just nuts
