408 Times Got my TR408 down to the track last night. Weather conditions were 69 degrees, 60%humidity, 29.86pressure. Made 2 passes.. The first pass I launched the car at 3500rpm and it hooked real good
1.61 60ft
11.35 @ 122, but I missed 4th, of all gears. Put it in 4th real quick and crossed.
2nd run
11.13 @ 125.86 on a 1.60 60ft.
Launched the car at 4000 rpms and ran through the gears great.
I am happy with this time on 17" ET Streets and skinnies. I did the corrections at the modular depot website and it came out to 11.02 @ 127. I know this car will hit 10's this winter. My car is still a full weight car with an iron block so I certainly need some weight reduction. I stopped running on the 2nd run because I have had some clutch and tranny isues lately so I took the car while I still could with a smile on my face as this is my personal best.

Awsome... You ran pretty much the same as I did on my virgin runs with my 408 on 17" ET Streets. I had an 11.17@122 with a 1.62 60' but the A/F was pretty rich at 11.9:1 because I didn't tune out CAT over temp protection. The DA was 3000' on my run. I broke the rear on my 3rd pass.
