How to convert elevation?

(Example: You ran a 13.8 @ 100 MPH at 5000' elevation track. The correction factors are .9367 and 1.0661 for 5000'. (13.8 * .9367) = 12.93 , (100 * 1.0661) = 106.61 MPH. So the correct timeslip would be 12.93 @ 106.61 MPH.)
I live at 4500ft(race track around 4700 I think) and with the exception of a say an underpowered stock honda, I've never seen anycar drive down to sea level and pickup .8 seconds. Most cars I've seen pick up approx 4-5 tenths. No matter if it's a 12 second car or 15 second car. Typically a turbo car won't pick up much seeing as how its making it's own atmosphere. The only way to say your 14.1 car runs 13.60s is to take it down to sea level and try it out.
