On going problem, thats still going??

On going problem, thats still going?? list of mods in sig, just got my "bad" stall back and put in. so pretty much now its a cam only with LS6 intake 36 lb injectors ORY cutout 3600vig stall and 3.23's.
i raced by buddies honda (same car to compare too) and i still only pulled the same 3 cars on him to 120.... now this car has ran 14.0's at 98 this past tuesday, so the car is fast, but i only pull 3 cars..... the same it did without the cam and stall and intake, and no tune....
at this point i dont know what to do, any help from anyone would be great.... before i put it back to stock and sell it and try again on another car...which i dont really want to do.
