What a weekend
What a hell of a weekend!!!! Brady, Tommy, Pitbull and I went to the ORSCA race in Hotlanta. We have been fighting new car blues the last couple of months and this weekend we finally are past all the problems. Brady got a handle on the horsepower and we qualified 3rd with a 5.06 Made it to the semis for a pedal fest and lost.
Paco took the BBC Firebird out and laid down a 5.07 @ 149 with a 1.21 60ft.
Finally the Outlaw Drag Radial Mustang we put together made it maiden voyages at World Ford Challenge. They qualified #2 and took the win with a 7.90 @ 179.

Glad to hear you made the semi's, there was some close competition. That .06 sounds pretty damn dialed in. Track temps prolly didn't help on the last pass.
Good talking w/you Saturday..... still need to get you to tweak the pewter pig.

Just got back from the World Ford Challenge (yah, yah, I never seen so many Fords in one place, not even at a dealership).... MadMan's crew won the Drag Radial class. Just a bad *** car. Believe it ran like 8.03/7.92/7.93/7.90..very consistent. Only one problem, the damn car kept trying to go on its bumper. But still very very cool car. A job well done. Congrats
---- oh by the way -- this challenge was very very well run. Not sure on exact number of cars, BUT 300+ was just in 1 bracket race. 1st place for Pro Outlaw - $40,000.. the guy that won it ran a 6.36 at 220+. They say the attendance was down, but I'd bet they had close to a 1,000 cars there.

Thats for posting the recent racing. I watched the video. Aren't you about at or past the 60' mark when front comes back down? 1.21 60' off the back wheels. The nose looks level, what caused the pull to the right when you came back down?
