First time out with new combo Well I finally made it out to make some shakedown runs with the new go fast parts. TEA stg 1.5 5.3 heads and a LG G5X1. Over all I am very pleased with the results since the track and the conditions were not all that good. Previous best before H/C was a 12.04@111mph 1.59 60FT.
1st pass 60ft..1.83 1/8 et..7.70 1/8 mph..93.24 1/4 et..11.90 1/4 mph 117.22
2nd pass 60ft..1.70 1/8et..7.50 1/8 mph..92.52 1/4 et..11.74 1/4 mph..116.28
3rd pass 60ft..1.57 1/8 et..7.27 1/8 mph 93.87 1/4 et..11.46 1/4 mph 117.34
In better air and better track prep I think it might dip into the 11.30's. Won't know for about four months when the good air comes back.

Thanks, track prep was pretty bad. It was a street night so there was no VHT put down at all. I came out at 2k on the 1.57 60ft. On a regular track day with prep I should be able to get up on the conveter a bit and see what happens. I'm still on the stock tranny and suspension, so there's room for improvment for sure.
Congrats on the new best ,Robert !! Even before the h/c combo ,your car was a beast !! I'm happy the tuning helped your combo out . I may have to get the same guy whenever I should do h/c on my SS. 
A set of skinnies ,k-member , a Lt.Weight battery and maybe some cut-out's........easy 10 second et's this fall. You ran a 11.4 in 80+ degree weather ,man !! Sweet !!
