Default Madman is the BEST!

We had a shock issue last weekend. My rear QA1's went bad after 5 years. I also found that I had a bad front QA1 shock also. I called Madman and he told me(like he has for 4 years now) put on a pair of AFCO's and forget about. Well we got in on the special that Thunder had on the AFCO shocks. Madman set them up before shipping them to me on Thursday. I put them on the car Friday night and went to our points race at HRP Saturday.

Right off the trailer we went 1.36 60ft. Matter of fact we went 1.36 60ft 10 straight times down the track. We ended up with a runner up finish. I went -.002 red in the final. The car went way up in the air(pulled the wheels out of the beams). Hell, I shifted into 2nd and just about into 3rd before she came back down to earth.

We are going to have calm the front in down a little bit before the next race. I love the 3 foot wheelies but not 6 foot ones!

Thanks again Madman you are the best!

Coach

PS I also want to think James Day for all your help also. I hope you are having a great time in Vegas!

Congrats on the consistency and another runner-up finish Coach! Can't blame ya for trying on the final and cutting it a hair too close.
Was it 60 footing on the back tires?
How are ya sitting in points?

Sounds like the AFCO are well worth the money. Like Derek asked, 1.36 on the rear tires?

Congrats on going rounds. Sucks to red line in the finials.

In the final the air was better. The car went up & out of the beams not out & up from the beams, hints the -.002 red light..

I do think the car might have been 1.36 60 footing on the rear tires.

I think I am in 3rd place in the points(they havn't posted the points for this week as of yet). I have missed 2 of the points races this season because of wrestling. We have 1 win 2 weeks ago & 2 runner up finshes so far this season.

SScam68,
It is fixed now. Dang fat fingers.

Thanks everyone!.

I know but the QA1's worked pretty good for 5 years. These AFCO's are well worth it. Now I just need to get a set on the front.

Another reason why they call you Coach. Great job on the tree. I may have to try out those AFCO vs our QA1s.

I think Brian sucks (MADMAN), he caused you to red light. j/k!

"Mrs. FEAR" is already mad at me for having to buy new front runners. The front schocks will have to wait awhile.
