Sounds about right. I also have a 1999 Z28 with A4. It originally had 3.23 gears and it usually around 13.50 or13.60 when it was bone stock -- a little better or a little worse depending on weather.

I'd like to see your 60. Might have a little more in it. I got a 13.46 with a 2.0 in my 1998, so it's a good baseline.
