First time at track in SS.
First time at track in SS. Was kinda hoping for high twelves, but satisfied with 13.20 at 106 at full weight and almost a full tank of gas. My last pass was the best. Could I hit twelves with 1/4 tank, jack and spare removed? Car's an a4. Long tubes, LS6 Intake, SLP Flow Pak.
I think you could hit 12's with those weight reductions. Do you have 2.73's or 3.23 gears? When my '99 had just Headers, ORY, and catback it went 12.95 @ 107.6. Even had the stock lid! So I think it should be very do-able for you. Good luck!
3.23's. The track is so sticky I have no problems with wheel spin either. When I was pulling the car up the track was gripping my tires so hard I could hear it like I was on glue. Actually thought I broke somethin just doin a little tire spin it was makin so much noise.
I'm kinda wondering if my cat back is actually SLP, it was on there when I got the car. Been thinkin about getting a Corsa or Magnaflow exhaust.
Considerin the guy who had it before me said he had it to the track once and ran 13.80's and my worst run was a 13.30 I'm pretty content.
