I keep my rears at about 6 or 7 and they are fine. Just play with it a little and you should find a good setting pretty quik.

I have my rears set at 5 and fronts at 3.. Just a matter of messing with them and seeing what you like.

That's the settings I use for normal driving. At the track I set the rears harder(which will cause the stiffness/bounce) and the fronts at 1..

i had them set at 6 all around, i went to 9 in the rear and left the fronts alone, it feels alot better now....

i wish i had these shocks years ago

im guessing at the track itll be about 10-12 in the rear and 1-3 up front

F's- changes both compression and rebound valving simultaneously

R's- Firm compression with a wide range of rebound adjustment for front drag racing applications

sorry, for the rears he needs doubles. I typed it out wrong lol

with the f's you change rebound and compression at the same time. Which means that if you are too soft, then it will bounce.

The doubles dont do this, becuase you can change each on its own.

just adjust them and find the right setting. i also think after they wear in they dont bounce as much. or maybe you just get used to it.

I set my rears on 8 and bounced so much I felt like a lowered ricer, needless to say I pulled over quick and set em back down to 5
