how much would this project cost?
how much would this project cost? i just am asking because my dad put the idea in my head. wat would it cost to set up a 98 v6 camaro as a drag car. the motor would be a carbed 350 runnin on nitrous probably a big shot. hav everything to build the moter already the block just needs to be freshened up. the car would be stripped of everything need a trans and a rear to take the abuse wat else and how much would u say total if the goal was 9.90-10.1?
Well suspension/drivetrain wise, will be the same as any other LS1 or V8 F-Body, as you will be using the same parts....the only thing that would be diff is instead of modding a LS based motor you would be starting from scratch with your SBC.

i'd guess 12-15k would be reasonable just depending on if you bought new/used. hell even wheels can vary a shet ton in price.
