Engine Diaper, where to get one?
Just a reminder to everyone. As of April 1st 2009 all cars running 9.99 or faster must have a lower engine comtainment system (diaper) or may use a belly pan.Belly pan must be approved by tech department.
Diapers DO NOT have to be SFI 7.1 cert.
Check IHRA rule book for pro classes.
The belly pan must extend from frame rail to frame rail and extend forward of the harmonic balancer and rearward to the rear engine plate or bellhousing and must incorporate a minimum 2 inch highlip on all sides a non flammable, oil absorbent liner inside of retention devise.
Thank You
Buddy Scurto
NED Tech Director.
Where can I get one that fits our cars?

Diapers are custom fitted and now Available for LS1 with drysumps, F-body pans, and Ls1 Retrofit pans. With easy removal clips removes in seconds, absorbent pads hold up to 10 quarts of oi
Currently have Drysump and wetsump diapers available with and without engine mounts
Why go with a Non SFI diaper now and possible have to buy a new approved diaper next year if they require a sfi sticker/tag
