Best throttle body setup

I'm going to an EFI converted intake and was wondering what would be the best setup. I have been reading the center mount is the way to go. What brand is everyone running. My setup is in my sig.

I realize your not using an LS1 but in the latest issues of Car Craft and GMHTP they have features on Joe Honeycutt's car and Jud's car from Sam that both use twin throttle bodies on a sheetmetal intake. That would be what I would want to use if the sky was the limit.

I use an Edelbrock Victor JR intake with a Dominator TB.
