Default Manual brakes on a 3rd gen???

i kno its possible to get rid of the power brake booster and go with a manual brake set up .. what master cylinder is needed for disc front drum rear manual brake?

also what pitman arm is needed with s10 steering box for a 3rd gen? with the stock power steering pitman arm work? i was told it would but hell if i know

stock pitman arm is needed.

I am running a strange master cylinder, the same 4th gen kit that sponsors on here sells would work in a thirdgen as well.

how much modification was needed on the pedal assembly when u put the strange master cylinder in?

you can also get a s-10 manual master cylinder also, since you have drum on the back. if you can find one.

pedal assembly? remove the pedal and drill a hole 1" higher and reinstall a bolt.

will the strange master cylinder work with drum or disc rear if i decide to change it later on? and which strange master cylinder works.. does it require 4 wheel disc? or if i use an s10 manual one does it matter that it a 9 inch?

Get the smaller Strange cylinder..1 1/16" bore..higher pressure for better application..and go a little higher on the pedal rod than the 1"..measure 2" down from the center of the pedal to bracket pivot point, that will give you a better 6:1 pedal ratio and make it easier to push it.
